General
What DHRMS is and who it serves
DHRMS (Digital Healthcare Record Management System) is a cloud platform that connects patients, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and administrators in one place. It covers appointments, electronic health records, prescriptions, lab results, billing, and inter-hospital data exchange — built for clinics and hospitals of every size.
DHRMS serves patients booking care online, hospital admins managing operations, doctors and nurses documenting visits, front-desk staff handling check-ins, pharmacists dispensing medications, and government or network administrators overseeing multiple facilities.
Yes. Doctors can draft prescriptions and clinical notes offline; changes sync automatically when connectivity returns. Printable records and SMS notifications help keep workflows moving even when bandwidth is limited — especially useful for rural and remote facilities.
DHRMS runs in modern web browsers on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Patients can book appointments and view records from any device. Staff dashboards are optimized for front-desk terminals and clinical workstations.

Setup, staff, and day-to-day operations
Start with a free demo from our pricing page. Share your hospital details, pick an available demo slot, and our team will walk you through onboarding. After approval, you receive hospital admin credentials to complete your profile, add departments, and invite staff.
Yes. Add departments, assign doctors and staff to positions, and control access with role-based permissions. Front desk, clinical staff, pharmacy, and administrators each see only the tools relevant to their role.
Set each doctor's weekly availability in their profile. Patients see real-time slots on your public hospital page, choose a date and time, and receive confirmation. Your front-desk calendar shows all bookings in day, week, or month view.
The Free plan covers core setup — hospital profile, doctors, appointments, and staff management. Starter adds patient records, prescriptions, lab records, and notices. Professional includes finance, analytics, and API access. Premium adds executive dashboards and multi-branch management. Visit our pricing page for the full comparison.
Patients
Health ID, bookings, and your care journey
Your Health ID is your unique patient identifier across DHRMS hospitals. You receive it when registered at a hospital front desk or when you create a patient account online. Use it with your password to sign in, book appointments, and view prescriptions and visit history.
Yes. Once you have a Health ID, you can be linked to any DHRMS hospital. Your records stay organized per hospital while you use the same login — ideal for patients who visit different facilities or specialist centers.
Find your hospital on DHRMS, open a doctor's profile, choose a date from the calendar, and pick an available time slot. You'll confirm your details and receive booking confirmation. You can also visit the hospital front desk to book in person.
Hospitals that enable telehealth can offer encrypted video consultations. When booking, look for online or telehealth options on the doctor's schedule. Availability depends on each hospital's configuration and plan.
Doctors & clinical staff
Prescriptions, records, and clinical workflows
Doctors write prescriptions inside the patient visit workflow. Prescriptions can include medications, dosages, and instructions. Patients access them through their account; pharmacy staff can view authorized prescriptions for dispensing. Printable copies are available when needed.
Records are stored securely in the hospital's DHRMS workspace — visit notes, diagnoses, vitals, lab results, and prescription history. Authorized clinicians at your hospital can access records during care; access is logged for audit purposes.
Staff sign in with Hospital ID, User ID, and password on the doctor/staff login page. New accounts receive temporary credentials by email and are prompted to set a new password on first login.

Security & privacy
Data protection, access, and compliance
DHRMS uses role-based access control, encrypted connections, and audit trails for sensitive actions. Only authorized staff can view patient records required for their role. Prescription access can require explicit patient or clinician approval where configured.
Your care team at the treating hospital can access records needed for your treatment. You control some sharing through consent workflows. Administrators can review access logs; unauthorized access is prevented by permission policies.
Yes. Hospital and patient data is stored on secure infrastructure with regular backups and redundancy. Offline drafts sync when connectivity returns so clinical work is not lost.
Visit our account deletion page for instructions on requesting removal of your patient account and associated personal data, subject to legal and clinical record retention requirements.
Support
Help, training, and contact
Most clinics are operational within a few days after admin setup — profile, departments, and initial staff. Larger hospitals may phase rollout by department. Our team provides demo walkthroughs and documentation to speed adoption.
Yes. We offer guided demos, practice manuals inside the platform, and onboarding support for admins and front-desk teams. Enterprise customers can arrange dedicated training sessions.
Email [email protected], call 1-800-DHRMS-01, or use the contact form on our website. Hospital admins can also reach out through their dashboard for plan and technical questions.
Demo bookings and hospital scheduling default to Asia/Kathmandu (Nepal Time). Hospitals configure doctor availability in their local workflow; patients see slots in the hospital's configured timezone.
